The inventory is presented as a searchable PDF.
The hierarchical structure of the inventory includes: Archive, Series, Subseries, Sub-subseries and Archival Units (files).
Next to the text we suggest displaying the document structure (which, depending on the program used, could be indicated as “bookmarks”, “index”, “summary”, “structure” or similar terms), searchable up to the level of Archival Subseries.
At the beginning of the inventory instead appears the summary, searchable up to the level of Archival Sub-subseries.
It is still possible to use the normal full-text word search function, with the limitations that this has in the context of an archive.
