The Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (Desi) has used data from millions of galaxies and quasars to build the largest 3D map of the universe. From the results of an analysis conducted by combining observations from the first three years of Desi with those of other experiments, clues emerge that suggest that the impact of dark energy is weakening over time.
