The Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility at OAB (DEA@OAB) group was established in November 2024 with the aim of promoting a culture of equity, respect, accessibility, and listening within the Brera Astronomical Observatory through initiatives aimed at raising awareness of these issues. The group’s founding values are: respect, mutual listening, openness, collaboration, and shared responsibility.
